Neil is the firm's senior partner and practices in the areas of litigation. Neil has a depth of experience in all areas of litigation including Commercial, Criminal, Personal Injury Law & Family Law. He also regularly deals with Business Law, Conveyancing and Insolvency.
Neil was raised and educated in Western Sydney and resides with his wife and two sons in the Lower Blue Mountains. He shares an active interest with his family in bushwalking, equine pursuits and rugby union.

ANTHONY BRISCHETTO
LL.B (UTS)
Anthony is the managing partner of the firm and he practices in the areas of Commercial and Property Law. Anthony has experience in Business and Corporate Law . Anthony also practices in the areas of Wills, Estate Planning and Probate.
Anthony was raised in Penrith and was educated at St Dominic's College and he retains strong family ties to the area. Anthony resides in the Lower Blue Mountains with his young family and his interests include cooking, gardening and travel. |

RON WINTER
Dip Law (SAB) Acc Spec (Property Law)
Ron was one of the founding partners of the firm and is now a consultant to the firm. Ron practices in the areas of Commercial and Property law. He is an accredited specialist in Property Law. Ron works closely with property developers, banks, builders, businesses and government departments.
Ron is married with two children and is very well known in the Community. He is a past President of the Nepean Hawkesbury Law Society and pursues a strong interest in many sports including golf, snow skiing and recreational boating.
